Epiris is delighted to announce a number of promotions as it continues to develop its investment team.
Owen Wilson and Ian Wood have been promoted to Investment Partner.
Owen, whose investments include Innovia and Retirement Bridge Group, joined Epiris in 2013. Prior to Epiris Owen worked at Palamon Capital Partners, Candover and Bain & Company. He has been involved in the private equity industry for 20 years.
Ian joined Epiris in 2012 and has been involved in a number of investments including Elian, Hollywood Bowl and Audiotonix. Before joining Epiris, Ian was at GCP Capital and, prior to that, Silverfleet Capital. He is a Chartered Accountant and has 15 years’ private equity experience.
Nicola Gray, who joined Epiris in 2014, has been promoted to Investment Director. Nicola has been involved in investments including Allflex, Davies Group and Treetops Nurseries. Prior to Epiris Nicola worked at Phoenix Equity Partners and the PricewaterhouseCoopers Strategy Group. She has nine years’ experience in private equity.
