Our Programmes

The people we are looking for are inquisitive, insightful and energetic. They are excited about building a long-term career with us in private equity.

We recruit mainly at two entry points. We recruit graduates for our Analyst programme and we recruit those with between two and five years experience, typically in financial or professional services, for our Associate Programme.

Summer Internships

We run summer internships in partnership with Girls Are Investors (or "GAIN"), which aims to improve gender diversity in investment management by building a talent pipeline of entry-level female and non-binary candidates; and with 10,000 Black Interns, which was founded to address the underrepresentation of Black talent within the investment management industry.
