Appello is a leading technology-enabled care provider, offering personal alarms linked to a 24-hour monitoring centre that allow the elderly and infirm to live independently at home knowing that help can be summoned if needed. Appello operates the largest digital telemonitoring centre in the UK and offers the only end-to-end digital system in the market.

In June 2022, we supported Appello, which hitherto had served mainly business customers such as retirement developments, in its acquisition of Lifeline24, a comparable business operating in the consumer market. This has created a multichannel leader with significant scale in a structurally growing market.
