We bought TGI Fridays in 2014 in a complex carve-out from a US corporate. Our strategy was to grow the business through new site openings, and by introducing more sophisticated consumer strategies. In two years, we grew earnings by 25% by opening 11 new sites and by developing digital marketing and pricing strategies.
