Epiris strengthens investor relations team

News

POSTED 30 January 2023

Epiris is pleased to announce it has expanded its investor relations team with the appointment of Kathryn Pothier as Investor Relations Partner.

Kathryn joins Epiris from Trive Capital, a Dallas-based mid-market private equity firm, where she was Head of Investor Relations for more than four years. During her tenure, assets under management doubled and the firm completed its largest ever fundraise.

Prior to joining Trive Capital, Kathryn held business development and investor relations roles at Silver Oak Services Partners, Black Maple Capital and Stark Investments. Kathryn holds a master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Cambridge and a bachelor’s degree in Music from Vanderbilt University.

Kathryn will be based in Epiris’ office in London and will work closely with Alex Cooper-Evans, who became responsible for Epiris’ investor relations activities in 2013 and is now the firm’s Chief Operating Partner, to continue to build the firm’s investor relations function.

Alex Fortescue, Managing Partner at Epiris, said:
“We are delighted to welcome Kathryn to Epiris. Her experience and expertise will help further strengthen our existing and new investor relationships around the world. We hope all our investors will have the opportunity to meet Kathryn very soon.”
