Electra Partners today announces that it has invested £33 million of equity in Peverel Group, the UK property management services group.
As a controlled investment situation, this transaction qualifies as a Club deal and Electra Private Equity PLC and the Electra Partners Club 2007 LP have invested £22 million and £11 million respectively.
Bank debt of £25 million has been provided.
Electra Partners refers to Electra Partners LLP acting on behalf of its clients Electra Private Equity PLC and Electra Partners Club 2007 LP.
