Further to the announcement of 29 May 2015, Epiris announces that, following competition clearance, it has completed the sale of Electra Private Equity PLC's ("Electra") minority interest in the clinical laboratory services group Labco.
Electra has received proceeds of €22 million (£15.5 million), which represents a 13% uplift from the 31 March 2015 valuation of €19.5 million or 9% from the 31 March 2015 sterling valuation of £14.2 million.
