Epiris is delighted to welcome Alex Wilby as the newest member of its investment team. Alex will become an Investment Manager at the firm.

Alex joins Epiris from LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, where he spent six years sourcing and executing UK mid-market transactions involving a diverse range of businesses. Prior to joining LDC, Alex worked in commercial banking at Lloyds Banking Group. Alex holds a degree in Economics from the University of Exeter.

Epiris is an independent private equity firm which invests in opportunities to transform businesses in partnership with exceptional management teams. Most recently, it completed the acquisition of IFG Group, the financial services business, in a public-to-private transaction.
