James Beart

James joined Epiris in 2024 as an Investment Associate and his role includes originating, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Epiris, James spent three years as an investment banker at Evercore, in the European Industrials & Business Services team, advising on a wide range of private and public transactions. James began his career at PwC in the Restructuring and Audit departments.

James qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2020 and holds an MA in Theology from the University of Edinburgh. Outside of work, James enjoys being humiliated in his ambition to learn to kite surf, sailing, reading and theatre.
