Epiris is a firm where anyone with the aptitude and attitude can succeed.

We believe that businesses gain strength from harnessing the different experiences and perspectives of diverse teams.

We are therefore committed to advocating diversity, equity and inclusion in our own business as well as in our portfolio companies and advisers.

This means that we endeavour to build diverse teams; that we work to create an inclusive environment in which every member of those teams can collaborate and contribute to our common goals; and that we aim to offer everyone who does so the same opportunity to develop, to advance and to be rewarded for their contribution.

Our staff and our firm succeed together.

We offer an inclusive environment together with support and mentoring to help people develop their careers, and to grow the talent and leadership for Epiris’ future. The success of this approach can be seen in the stories of some of our people who have progressed:

Every year we aim to recruit a small number of exceptional candidates to join our team.

The people we are looking for are inquisitive, insightful and energetic; and excited about building a long-term career with us in private equity.

We focus on two entry points. We recruit graduates for our Analyst Programme; and we recruit those with between two and five years’ experience, typically in consultancy, accountancy, finance or the law, for our Associate Programme.

If you fit the bill, please contact us. Email

We offer structured training programmes that combine modules of functional training with on-the-job learning.

Ours is a straightforward, open and collaborative team which offers its members equal opportunities to learn, advance and earn financial rewards.

We encourage everyone to speak up, to take responsibility, and to contribute their perspective and insight to problem-solving and decision-making.

We gladly contribute time and money as a sponsor of Level 20, an organisation dedicated to improving gender diversity in the European private equity industry.

We are also proud to have participated in #100blackinterns in 2021 and 2022, and to be a signatory of the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment.
